Introduction to Our Services
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Our design process is based on the ECSA guidelines and it typically includes the following stages: scoping investigation, preliminary design stage, design and tender stage, working drawings, construction stage and procurement stage. Our design thinking is based on human-centric and cost-effective solutions with long-term benefits for our clients and affected communities.
Our focus on construction supervision is to ensure compliance with the approved contract documents and other relevant requirements set in the detail design phase. Some of our input involves ongoing oversight and coordination of the project’s human resources, project programme, costs/budget, risk assessment and quality control.
